Shipping:

All items will be sent out next business day upon receipting your payment. We can send to dealers or to dealers' customers directly. It may take 2 - 5 days by Fedex/DHL ground to most cities in US.

Limited Warranty:

12 months full warranty for the strobes designated to be free of manufacturing defects in electronic parts and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth,  for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase from us. The buyer shall return   a copy of receipt from authorized dealer you bought from within 30 days from the date of purchase.  The warranty is void if one of following occurs:

1) the serial number  has been modified or removed.

2) any damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect or 

shipping and handling, or by using wrong voltage of power.

3) any damage to or deterioration of any accessory or resulting from 

not following the instructions as written in the owners manual or item instruction.

4) shipped date of retuned item is beyond 12 months from the date of 

purchase. 

5) not purchase from our authorized dealer or the copy of receipt is not filed (received).

6) the returned item(s) without original carton an packing material, power 

cords, and cables.
